Based on our 19 years of experience we have found that 7 hors d’oeuvres items are usually the proper amount for most gatherings, providing 12 - 16 pieces of food per person. However, larger and smaller packages are also available, so please don't hesitate to ask. We realize that circumstances alter cases.
