On Site Labour is $11.50/Hr per wait staff and $12.50 per kitchen staff for groups under 150

Over 150 people there is no charge for on site wait staff labour (maximum of 4 hours)

Gratuity is based on the Food Purchase at 12 % - 15%

HST Applies at 15%
